Thank you for contributing content to Cheshire Bride Guide.

By submitting a wedding story, review, photograph, testimonial, comment, recommendation or any other material ("Content"), you agree to the following terms.

Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit.

However, by submitting content to Cheshire Bride Guide, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to:

  • Publish your content on our website

  • Edit content for clarity, grammar, formatting and length

  • Share content on social media

  • Include content in newsletters

  • Use content in future promotional materials related to Cheshire Bride Guide

Accuracy

You confirm that:

  • The information submitted is truthful to the best of your knowledge

  • You have the right to share the content

  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark or other rights

  • The content does not contain unlawful, defamatory or offensive material

Photographs

Where photographs are submitted, you confirm that:

  • You own the images or have permission to share them

  • Any individuals featured would reasonably expect the images to be shared in the context submitted

We may request photographer credits where applicable.

Editorial Rights

Cheshire Bride Guide reserves the right to:

  • Edit submissions

  • Decline submissions

  • Remove published content

  • Publish only selected extracts of submitted material

Submission does not guarantee publication.

Anonymity Requests

If requested, we may publish content anonymously or with limited identifying information, although we cannot guarantee complete anonymity where details are already publicly available.

No Compensation

Submissions are provided voluntarily and without expectation of payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Withdrawal Requests

If you wish to request the removal of published content, please contact us. We will consider requests on a case-by-case basis but cannot guarantee removal where content has already been published, shared or archived.
